3. Financial Policy (Tributes & Gifts)

You understand that Financial Domination is a core pillar of this brand.

• Non-Refundable: All Tributes, "Coffee" tips, and Gifts are voluntary donations. They are not payments for "services rendered" or physical goods.

• No Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback is a fraudulent act. You agree that once a payment is sent, the transaction is complete and the "value" (my recognition of your tribute) has been delivered.

4. Professional Coaching & Consulting

Payments for the "Blueprint" or any 1-on-1 coaching are for professional consulting and time.

• Scheduling: Late arrivals or missed sessions are forfeited without a refund.

• Verification: I reserve the right to require Photo ID verification before any 1-on-1 interaction. Refusal to verify results in immediate termination of service with no refund.

5. Professional Conduct & Communication

• No Harassment: Submitting to me does not give you the right to harass me. I dictate the frequency and tone of all communication.

• Privacy: Your information is handled discreetly. However, I reserve the right to share your "bad debtor" status with industry-wide blacklists or seek police assistance if you attempt to defraud this business or cause any harm through chargebacks or criminal behavior.

6. Disclaimer & Waiver
