I signed up yesterday out of curiosity. DebtKeeper app is a ledger and community tool built especially for us freaky people. Think debts, tributes, tasks, games, and a public page, all on one record both sides can see. It doesn’t process or hold any money (you keep using whatever platforms you already use). It just keeps the books and runs the reminders and interest on the Domme’s timezone.
The first few hours
Within the first few hours someone added me to a Pass the Piggy game. I had zero idea how this even happened and didn’t even know the girl who added me to it which was pretty cute (new moot made), it was low-stakes, and I ended up with a cheeky 10 bucks for doing nothing except clicking accept. That alone made me pause and look around properly on the app after creating it and putting my phone down initially.
24 hours in
I’m still working out what I’m even doing LOL there’s a lot to navigate (ledger, games, public page, directory, the new Chain timeline think x TL but not quite as advanced, settings etc). At the same time, another $135 came in with very little effort on my part. Its not a heap of money by any means but is it something? Absolutely.
What I can say is it’s easy just to cross-post what I already do on X and then just sit back and see how it goes. X is still my favourite platform; this feels like a useful side tool rather than a replacement for now anyway. But let’s continue…
What stands out so far
• The ledger is straightforward once you start a tracker.
• Games (including Pass the Piggy and so many more I’m yet to even explore) are built so they end in a claim the Domme confirms. No house cut too!
• Public page and directory exist IF you want them.
• The Chain (their internal feed) is already live and findom-focused, verified adults only. Love this!
• It installs as a home-screen app with notifications. Hella handy!
Now for my favourite part so far! aside from the hella fun gamification of the whole app...
The Sub Passport
One feature I really liked is the sub Passport. It gives you a quick, at-a-glance style read on whether a sub is actually even active and walks the walk not just does the talk!
It shows the basics DebtKeeper can confirm (18+ verified, how long they’ve been on the platform) plus their reputation score and honesty score (calculated from confirmed tributes and any disputes!). You can see how many Dommes they’ve had trackers with and how many of those they’ve actually tributed. The badges fill in the rest; First Payment, High Five, 25% Repaid, Halfway, Debt Free, streaks, Cash Machine, and so on. All of it is shown by the sub’s choice, and they control who can see the page too in case you subs were wondering.
This is useful as a Domme as it cuts through a lot of the usual “is this person here for the right reasons?” uncertainty. You get concrete proof of past sends. I also have it set up they can’t even message me unless they follow through properly FIRST. I love not having to be a broken record either reminding them I have an initial or having to delete bulk messages with nothing attached. It’s set the tone, clear expectations with no work around and I love that!
I’m really hopeful for a platform that is specifically built for our community. We’ve seen a few try and none succeed so I understand everyone’s skepticism. But at the end of the day it is free, takes no cut, and keeps getting updates. I’m planning to give it a bit more of my time because it’s genuinely fun as a side thing while I keep doing what I do on X. My nosey self does wonder how this platform functions and will continue to without taking a cut since it’s free, is it just a labour of love? Or is there something else coming? Who knows! But I’m planning to stick around long enough to find out. IMO it’s created by someone actually in our community and I am all for supporting one of us and giving them a fair shot. This has ALOT of potential.
